Practical demonstration of mediation. Louis is an excellent mediator and it really helped to see it demonstrated. Loved the dedication, enthusiasm and firm belief in worth of BC approach to learning. BCP Short Course, UCT (June 2013)

Goals and objectives were clear, easy to grasp and manageable.  The enthusiasm and energy with which the course was presented made for an enjoyable 3 days!
