Teacher comments

  • Thank you so much for your honesty and respect for us.
  • It was really great having another session with Doctor.
  • Very interesting and dr you are a very positive and cheerful person.
  • He is presenting each session very well. He is always very positive and encouraging. He is always presenting the sessions in a manner that interests us, teachers.
  • Training is very positive towards us and the children. Keep it up Doc.
  • Very glad to be part of the program because it helps the learners.

I was very happy about my development on this course… often as teachers we do not pay attention to detail, but because of Basic Concepts I was aware of the lack of language use in my class. I am now using a different approach with my learners and being aware of the small details that make a big change in the way I teach and learners learn. Thank you for this eye opening course.

 INTSHAYELELO PRIMARY

This workshop is one of the most beneficial workshops I have attended. The trainer’s presentation style was warm, easy to follow and understand. I like that he included practical activities, examples and demonstrations.

Metro Central: Training, October 2014

Very informative. Very well presented. Very good use of visual aids.

Thinking Stars: Teacher Feedback From Training, August 2014

Very informative. Well planned. Well organised. Based on CAPS. Good intervention programme.

Metro Central Training: WCED (February, 2015)

I love the programme. I was not aware of how to introduce a concept … . If I could reverse my years in teaching, I bet I would have produced mathematicians, scientists and doctors.

Metro Central Teacher Comment (July, 2013)

The emphasis on language throughout the programme helps to develop learners' understanding of concepts and expand their vocabulary. The BCP stops learners from guessing, it gives them more structure and develops their cognitive functioning.
