Eighteen teachers from our four project schools were recently certified as Mediators of the Basic Concepts Programme
7 immersive virtual sessions designed for educators, therapists & parents who believe every child can learn.
Children are not waiting to be ready. They become ready when we give them opportunities to think.
Practical applications of BCP were shared and discussed
Educators from schools across the local area came together at Paul Greyling Primary for a vibrant Basic Concepts Programme Symposium
A new article by Dr Louis Benjamin (Oct 2025) explores how the BCP helps teachers move beyond instruction to mediation.

Before the course, I never focused on the main concepts as I never really thought them essential to "real life" as a speech-language pathologist. I now have a very different perspective on why these aspects are important and how they move cognition forward.
